Shoes were great, service fast and efficient. I was super happy to recieve the first purchaser $20 off however this was followed by disapointment when having to exchange size. I had to pay return post, then pay full price without my first time purchase discount despite the shoes still really being a first purchase despite exchange. This made the experience less satisying.

My husband loves his new birks. Item was as described & very fast delivery. Most of all l would like to thank Footgear for the sales service. I received a call to make sure what they were sending was what l had ordered. Tracking on goods was very good. Will order from Footgear again. Thankyou.
