Shipping

Note: Upon placing your order a member of our team will contact you and advise on the method of shipping.

For all Footgear delivery options, we recommend that the order is shipped to an address where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases. In cases where Safe Drop is standard or an ‘Authority to Leave’ is given, the parcel becomes your responsibility upon delivery. Please be aware that Footgear is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

PHOENIX COURIERS

•  Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Typically, from the confirmation email, the delivery should arrive within 1-2 business days. Phoenix currently does not offer online tracking for customers, please contact our customer service on 07 3161 6163 quoting your tracking number if you require any updates.

•  Deliveries with this service will require a signature or authority to leave instructions.

•  Please note: redelivery on orders without authority to leave instructions may incur an additional freight charge.

AUSTRALIA POST

•  Upon us booking your parcel, your email address will be entered as part of your delivery information. From this, you will receive automatic updates from Australia Post regarding your delivery. In addition to this, you will also receive a confirmation email from Footgear with your tracking number.

•  If no-one is available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, Australia Post will check for special delivery instructions provided or look for a suitable Safe Drop location to leave the parcel.

•  OPTIONAL SERVICE - If it is a signature on delivery item*, the parcel will be left at the post office for collection after an attempted delivery unless you accept an invitation to authorise a Safe Drop. 

*There is an option to add ‘Signature on Delivery’ to your Australia Post shipping for a freight charge of $4.00 AUD. This will require a signature for the parcel unless an invitation to Safe Drop is accepted

•  Express Shipping is free for all full priced orders over $130 AUD

•  Full priced orders with a total below $130 AUD will incur a freight charge. Customers have the choice of standard shipping at $10 or express at $15.

•  Option to add Australia Post Signature on delivery service will incur a $4 freight charge on any order. You have the option to add this at checkout.

•  Currently the Footgear webstore only offers delivery within Australia. If you live overseas and cannot purchase these products in your own country, then please contact us at sales@footgear.com.au

•  Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business hours). We endeavour to process any web store order the same day or within 24 hours. A customer service team member will call you to confirm and process your delivery.

•  As a service to all of our customers we like to call and confirm that the order details are correct and answer any queries you may have about the shoes or your order. If we are unable to get through to you on the phone, we may request a call back or follow up with an email to confirm before we can process the order. This may cause a slight delay if the return call or email is made after delivery cut-off times for that day, but we will always endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

•  During busy SALE periods please allow for additional processing times due to the increase volume in orders. We appreciate your patience during this time and will keep you up to date with your order as much as possible.

•  For orders made on weekends and Queensland public holidays, your order will be confirmed on the next business day. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for dispatch.

PHOENIX COURIERS

•  Delivery estimate can be same day however usually 1-2 business days from dispatch.

•  Service delivery is available in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba metropolitan areas.

•  Excludes PO Box deliveries and some suburbs outside of the courier delivery areas.

•  The customer service team will confirm if you are in their service area.

•  For this service, we require delivery instructions for authority to leave.

AUSTRALIA POST

•  Australia Post will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and Public Holidays) upon them receiving the parcel.

•  Standard Delivery
       - Delivery within 3-10 business days from order dispatch.

• Express Delivery
    - Delivery within 1-3 business days (within the Express Post network only).

Orders placed after 1pm Monday – Friday may not be dispatched until the following day.

*Delivery times as advised by Australia Post & Phoenix Courier are an estimate only. These estimates do not include warehouse processing & handling time. For more information, please visit their website.

Please note that at this present time COVID-19 is causing isolated delays in some parts of Australia, this may increase delivery times as quoted above.

•  A customer service team member will contact you after your order is processed to confirm your order and delivery details. They will re-confirm the delivery method for your order and check if there are any special instructions. We are also happy to assist with any order or shoe questions you may have at the time.

•  For deliveries via Phoenix Courier, they will require a signature upon delivery or an ‘Authorisation to Leave’ instruction. Our staff will check if there is a place you would like the package to be left if you are not at home to receive it.

•  For deliveries via Australia Post, if no-one is available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, they will check for special delivery instructions provided or look for a suitable Safe Drop location to leave the parcel.

•  OPTIONAL SERVICE - If it is a signature on delivery item*, the parcel will be left at the post office for collection after an attempted delivery unless you accept an invitation to authorise a Safe Drop. Footgear Standard and Express delivery does not include signature on delivery. If you would like to add this service you will need to select this option at checkout. *For this option there is a $4 freight charge.

•  For all Footgear delivery options, we recommend that the order is shipped to an address where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases. •  In the unlikely event any goods delivered by us are damaged in transit or missing from your expected delivery, please email us at sales@footgear.com.au within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, then we will deem your order to have been accepted as satisfactory.
