Shipping & Delivery

•  Express Shipping is free for all full priced orders over $130 AUD

•  Full priced orders with a total below $130 AUD will incur a freight charge. Customers have the choice of standard shipping at $10 or express at $15.

•  Currently the Footgear webstore only offers delivery within Australia. If you live overseas and cannot purchase these products in your own country, then please contact us at sales@footgear.com.au

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

AUSTRALIA POST

For any online purchase (excl. click & collect), we recommend that the order is shipped to an address where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases. In cases where Safe Drop is standard or an ‘Authority to Leave’ is given, the parcel becomes your responsibility upon delivery. Please be aware that Footgear is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • For orders over $130 you receive free express post shipping.
  • For express post you will have the option at checkout to select 'Express Post with Authority to Leave' or 'Express Post with Signature'.
  • For items booked with 'Authroity to Leave' if no-one is available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, Australia post will look for a suitable safe drop location to leave the parcel.
  • For items booked 'With Signature', this will require a signature for the parcel unless an invitation to Safe Drop is accepted. The parcel will be left at the post office for collection after an attempted delivery unless you accept an invitation to authorise a Safe Drop.
  • We book your parcel through Australia Post Parcel Send.
  • When booking your parcel, we will enter your email address into the label details so you will receive direct updated and tracking of your parcel from Australia Post.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email from Footgear, however, the tracking number for your order will come through from Australia Post directly.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business hours). We endeavour to process any web store order the same day or within 24 hours**. A customer service team member will call you to confirm and process your delivery.
  • As a service to our customers we like to call and confirm that the order details are correct and answer any queries you may have about the shoes or your order. If we are unable to get through to you on the phone, we may request a call back or follow up with an email to confirm details before we can process the order. This may cause a slight delay if the return call or email is made after delivery cut-off times for that day, but we will always endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.*

*If there are no queries from our end on the order and everything looks correct, we may leave a voicemail and proceed with the fulfillment of your order. If you have purchased with us before, we may not call to confirm the order as we have confirmed your details previously. Please note during high volume sale periods, we may not be able to call and confirm orders. We ask if you have any queries during this time to email us sales@footgear.com.au

**** During the busy Christmas period please allow for extra processing time due to the high volume of orders we are experiencing. We will endeavour to make sure all orders made up to Friday December 20thwill be processed and sent to Australia Post by Monday 23rd. Monday 23rdof December 2024 is Australia Post’s cut off for delivery before Christmas for delivery Metro-Metro areas. Orders made after Friday December 20thwill not be guaranteed to be processed or in the post by this time.

  • During busy SALE periods please allow for additional processing times due to the increase volume in orders. We appreciate your patience during this time and will keep you up to date with your order as much as possible.
  • For orders made on weekends and Queensland public holidays, your order will be confirmed on the next business day. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for dispatch.
  • For orders containing more than one item, please be aware that these items might be sourced from different locations and arrive separately.
  • In the unlikely event any goods delivered by us are damaged in transit or missing from your expected delivery, please email us at sales@footgear.com.awithin seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, then we will deem your order to have been accepted as satisfactory.

Australia Post

Once we have booked your order, Australia Post will collect it from one of our 7 locations. Updates on tracking will be sent to you, direct from Australia Post. Delivery times are from the time of collection by Australia Post.

Based on current estimates the
following are the delivery times for Australia Post. (Delivery days excludes weekends and Public Holidays).

Express Post- Delivery 1-2 business days (within the Express Post network only). Current estimates for Western Australia is up to 4 days. *

Parcel Post- Delivery within 3-10 business days from order dispatch. Timing differs based on delivery state and location.*

  • Orders placed after 1pm Monday-Friday may not be fulfilled until the following business day.
  • Orders are processed for delivery on business days Monday-Friday only
  • Delivery times as advised by Australia Post are an estimate only. We are in Queensland and estimates are calculated based on this. These estimates do not include warehouse processing & handling time. These estimates do not take into account current delays that Australia Post may advise on directly from their website.
