Any promotional discount given by Footgear of up to 10% off the full marked price are subject to the following terms and conditions.

There are no change of mind returns available for products returned after the 30-day period when purchased online

Items purchased with a promotional discount of up to 10% can be returned by online or in-store for credit note or refund. Products must be returned within our standard returns policy

Products will be priced at either $19, $49, $79, $119, $149, $199.

These are items advertised as final marked price and clearance sale.

We do not except any change of mind returns on final marked price sale items. This includes returning for exchange, refund or credit note, so please choose carefully. 

Change of mind returns include any returns for reasons related to size, fit, colour, style etc.

 

Online

Stock available online is connected to available stock holdings within our stores and warehouse. On the very rare occasion there is a stock issue, you will be contacted and your order will be refunded in full unless there is another product you would like to exchange for. Please note; discounts may not be transferrable.

PLEASE BE AWARE:

•   Items included in your online cart are not held stock and inventory may be sold before you complete the purchase.

•   No rain checks available for styles that are restocked in future.

 

VOUCHERS AND GIFT CARDS

Only one ‘$20 first time offer’ voucher will be issued per new customer.

Voucher valid for current available stock only.

Vouchers are valid for one time use. Not redeemable for cash or store credit.

Vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Maximum of 1 voucher valid per purchase. Multiple vouchers cannot be redeemed from the same purchase.

Vouchers are to be used online only. Voucher codes must be used at checkout online.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

To check the balance of your Gift Voucher/Card, please visit us in-store with the voucher, or contact us via phone or email with the purchase and voucher details.

Gift Vouchers/Cards can be used on multiple purchases online /in store until full amount has been redeemed

Any amount exceeding the card balance must be paid by alternative payment method.

Footgear Gift Vouchers/Cards expire 3 years from purchase date.

Gift Vouchers/Cards cannot be reactivated once the amount reaches $0

Promotional vouchers and discounts are not applicable to gift card purchases.

Special Thanks Discount codes can take up to 1-2 business days to be processed by our customer service team.

•   We will require you to fill out some basic information when booking your online consultation to help our staff prepare and provide the assistance needed.
•   Consultations are only available as indicated in the booking form schedule.

•   We reserve the right to refuse the booking of or immediately end an appointment if there has been inappropriate, misleading, or abusive behaviour or if there has been a constant cancellation of bookings.
•   All appointments booked are subject to availability. At Footgear, we endeavour to keep every appointment without changes. If, for any reason, we are unable to keep our booked appointment we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
•   As our booking times may be back to back, if you are late for your 15-minute appointment we will make every effort to accommodate you however, we may need to contact you to make an alternative appointment time.
•   We may record the video call for quality, training, and monitoring purposes.

*We are not podiatrists. We can only assist in showing you possible options based on your podiatrist’s recommendations (ie Orthotic Friendly, styles we have in a particular brand that was recommended etc) Footgear returns policy allows time to check any purchase with your podiatrist before deciding to wear.
