Womens Support Premium Insole
Trying to find your size? You’ll find all the information you need right here – so you can get the best fit for your foot.
How to measure your foot length
- Stand with the heel to a wall and put a measuring tape under your feet
- Read off the measured foto length in millimeters before your longest toe
- If you are between two sizes, choose the next higher, because feet are minimally greater under load.
- Enclosed Shoes - Add 10mm to your foot length to allow your foot room to move.
You can also use the Birkenstock template:

Our brands are either based on standard US sizing or EUR sizing.
