The legendary two-strap design from BIRKENSTOCK - the Arizona. This iconic style, now in vegan, features the signature comfort of the BIRKENSTOCK footbed with individually adjustable buckles and a colour-coordinated outsole. The upper is made of skin-friendly microfiber.
Upper: Microfibers
Microfibers are a very fine synthetic fibres that are extremely soft and shape-retentive. As with Birko-Flor the surface is combined with a layer of breathable fleece.
Insole: Microfibre
Microfibre is a skin-friendly material which is soft and yet tear-resistant. Because they are free of animal products they are used as the covering material for the lining of footbeds in vegan products, among other things.
Footbed material: Cork
Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.
Outsole: EVA
EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very light, elastic material with extremely good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned.
i ordered these to replace a previous old (non-vegan) pair of arizonas that were worn out after years of wear. i’m so glad i found these ones! they’re super comfortable, stylish, and there’s no animal cruelty involved. also footgear shipped these out on the same day that i ordered, and i received them the following day so i’m very impressed. i will definitely be a return customer (maybe for another pair of vegan birkenstocks in another colour!)
