Shoes were great, service fast and efficient. I was super happy to recieve the first purchaser $20 off however this was followed by disapointment when having to exchange size. I had to pay return post, then pay full price without my first time purchase discount despite the shoes still really being a first purchase despite exchange. This made the experience less satisying.
