Excellent fit and quality we expect of Birkenstock. The leather is beautiful and I like the placement of the straps for my feet- I think the thicker toe strap for the Arizona would dig into the base of my big toe. The customer service was excellent- as a first time online customer I even received a phone call to confirm all details of my order. The free express shipping was a bonus too.
