New to Birkenstock shoes so wasn't aware that these shoes despite the price were not leather. Couldn't return online because I had paid a sale price which is a ridiculous policy. Went instore to Footgear at Maroochydore and the lady couldn't have been more helpful in organising a return and exchanged for more expensive leather pair.
